|Recommended: Yes90 Great — Honestly - everything is pretty good. Parking, amenities, etc. Maintenance generally responds quickly. I can't say I've had many problems. But when I have dealt with very unique issues, like getting stuck on the elevator or my fridge breaking and spoiling my groceries - I have often felt unheard and ignored. It's generally awesome here but when something bad happens, it's up in the air what the response will be.

|Recommended: YesBianca Morales — The Brittany Apps has been the perfect location for me since I relocated to Pittsburgh in December of 2020. Short distance to monroeville, as well as downtown Pittsburgh. The staff is nice and helpful, they are also quick to respond to any requests I've had since living here. Pricing is decent depending on size of the apartment.
